SeaRock 2008-2009 Rates:

• November 15th-December 20th 2008:
  • $3000. per week for 2 people
    Additional person $100 each week
• December 21st 2008- January 3th 2009:
  
  • $3500. per week for 2 persons
    Additional person $100 each week
    10 day minimum
    
• January 3rd -May 30th 2009:
  
  • $3300. per week for 2 persons
    Additional person $100 each week

Weeks are rented Saturday to Saturday, however special arrangements can be made if necessary.

After landing at St. Thomas airport, you'll take a taxi ride to the dock and a short ferry ride to St. John. We will meet you at the dock and escort you to SeaRock Villa. We recommend that you rent a 4 wheel-drive vehicle for your stay, and we'll be happy to arrange it for you—just ask.

Returning guests: We invite you to deduct 10% off the rates above.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance, plus a fully refundable damage deposit of $300, is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellations: All payments are fully refundable, less a 10% administration fee, if we are able to re-rent SeaRock during your booking period. Naturally, we will always do our utmost to help fill dates that must be cancelled. We suggest you purchase trip insurance to mitigate any unforeseen cancellation.

The owners of SeaRock do not assume responsibility for loss of property due to theft or liability for injury from other factors which we cannot control. Please exercise customary care to ensure that your safety and personal property is carefully secured whether on this premises or elsewhere during your stay.
